Diagnostic Tools
Dx tools, or biometric assessment tools, assist in collecting quantitative data relevant to one’s overall health such as, body fat percentage through InBody testing, nervous system health through NerveExpress, blood pressure, oxygen saturation, and pulse. The benefits of using Dx tools include, but are not limited to:
Assessing one’s current state of health
Enhance ability to individualize training
Enhance ability to individualize medicinary selections
Tool to gauge progress over time
These sessions are typically done during the initial assessment process. These tests can then be done as needed, typically directed by your coach. However, you have the ability to schedule InBody and NerveExpress testing whenever you see fit.
Two of our premier DX tools are the Nerve Express, and the In-Body;
Nerve Express
The Nerve-Express is a fully automatic, non-invasive computer-based system designed to quantitatively assess the Autonomic Nervous System and level of physical fitness based on Heart Rate variability analysis.
Benefits of Nerve Express testing include, but are not limited to:
Understand the individual’s adaptability
Assess the function of the nervous system
Determine the efficacy of interventions
Create awareness of how stress affects the nervous system
InBody
Using Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis, the InBody is a device that measures body composition, including muscle mass, body fat, and total body water. Alternating low and high-frequency electrical currents are sent through the water in the body via contact with electrodes to measure impedance.
Benefits of InBody testing include but are not limited to:
Assess the body’s composition of muscle, fat, and water
Determine the efficacy of interventions
